What should I do if my name or gender has legally changed?

Changed your name or gender and want to update your account?

If you have changed your name or gender and want to get your account updated, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team to let us know of this.

If we haven't already received an ID and proof of address previously we may require these, however, if we already have these we would just require a legal document to confirm your change of name or gender, such as a Deed Poll/Marriage Certificate, or a Gender Recognition Certificate.
