Time Out

Time Outs can be set by the player themselves; from the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section in ‘My Account’. The available timeouts are: 

  • 24 hours.  
  • One week.
  • One month.
  • Six weeks.

When a timeout is set, you are still able to log in, however, it is not possible to play or deposit. With a timeout in place, you can still log in to check settings, gaming history, or transaction history. In addition, you will not receive promotional information, or be able to participate in promotional offers.

A Time Out set by a player CAN be reversed at any time, and a 24-hour cooling off period will apply to ALL players:
Once a timeout is set it is possible to cancel the timeout from the 'Responsible Gaming' section, to cancel it you need to go to the time-out menu and set it to 24 hours, we can't directly remove a time-out from customer support.

A Time Out can be set if you have a pending withdrawal, and you may be concerned about playing the balance on your account, in the meantime.
