How do I make a complaint?

To make a complaint, you can find the relevant links and email addresses in the 'Communication' section of this resource centre for each individual Casino. 

For your convenience, you can click here to navigate to the Communication section. 

Once you get in touch, you can pick how you'd like to chat with us, whether it's through a web form or email. Just give us all the details about what's bothering you and send it our way. Once our team starts looking into your issue, we might need more info from you, or we'll come to a conclusion based on what we have.

We're committed to sorting things out as quickly as possible. But keep in mind, the time it takes can vary depending on where you are and the rules we have to follow. We'll let you know what's happening within ten days of getting your complaint, and we'll aim to sort it out within 8 weeks tops.
