Why am I unable to withdraw my winnings?

There are several reasons why you may be unable to request or receive a withdrawal:
 

  1. Active Bonus: If you have an active bonus, withdrawals will not be available. To withdraw bonus funds, you’ll need to complete the wagering requirement first. Alternatively, you can forfeit the bonus to withdraw your real funds.
     
  2. Pending Withdrawal: If you already have a pending withdrawal you will need to wait for it to be processed before requesting another.
     
  3. Low Balance: You cannot request a withdrawal below the minimum amount. However, you can reach out to our Customer Support team who can assist in arranging this.
     
  4. Large Withdrawal: Withdrawals over £5,000 cannot be processed through regular payment methods. For these amounts, please use High-Value Bank Transfer.
     
  5. Withdrawing to a Natwest, RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), or Nordea bank: Withdrawals to these banks will be automatically declined after being processed. To avoid this, please use Trustly to withdraw to the same bank account you used to deposit.
     
  6. Withdrawal option disabled: The most likely reason for this is due to a pending verification request, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
