Stuck Game Round, what to do?

 If you encounter a stuck game, the first step is to clear your browser's cache and cookies and restart your device. Should the issue persist, kindly reach out to Customer Support, letting them know the date/time, bet size, and name of the game where this happened and they can look into the issue for you. 

If you are playing Slingo and you get an error stating: "A technical error has occurred, if it persists please contact customer support"; Then you can press "Collect Winnings" upon opening the game; If that does not work, then you can check back after 48 hours, as it should then have been resolved by the game provider.

How to clear your Cache and Cookies:

Depending on your browser it might be slightly different, however it should be quite similar.
 

  1. To start off, go to the top left of your browser and click the padlock icon Padlock Icon 
  2. Once that's clicked on you should see a box, similar to this, you'll need to click on "Cookies and site data".

     

  3. After that click on Cookies.

     

  4. Now you'll see a popup similar to the one below, you'll need to click on the cookies that you see and then "remove", in the case of the example screenshot, "www.allbritishcasino.com" and "allbritishcasino.com", then hit "done".

     

  5. Once that's done all you need to do is refresh your page.
