Why don`t I receive any e-mails from L&L Europe?

If you are not receiving any of our e-mails, there could be a few reasons why:

  • Check Spam/Junk Mail Folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails can end up in your spam or junk mail folder. Check these folders regularly to see if any emails have been filtered there.
     
  • Email Preferences Settings: Ensure that your email preferences are set to receive communications from our casino/s. You may have accidentally unsubscribed or marked the emails as spam, causing them to be blocked or filtered by your email provider.
     
  • Email Address Accuracy: Double-check that the email address associated with your account is correct. If there's a typo or mistake in the email address, you won't receive emails sent to that address.
     
  • Email Service Provider Issues: There could be issues with your email service provider that are preventing you from receiving emails. Contact your email provider’s customer support for assistance if you suspect this is the case.
     
  • Email Filtering Rules: Your email client or service may have filtering rules set up that are blocking or redirecting emails from L&L Europe. Review your email settings to ensure that emails from their domain are not being filtered or blocked.
