When verification of a card is needed we would need the following:
- Both the front and back of the card are required
- Make sure that we can see all 4 corners of the card in the photos
- If you are sending this to us through our email or live chat ensure that you cover your 3-digit CVV code and the middle number of the card so that we can only see the first 6 and last 4 digits, like this: 1234 12XX XXXX 1234
Note: When uploading photos to Mitek (directly to your account), the system will automatically cover sensitive details, so no need to do this beforehand, as the system would reject it.
