Visa & Master Card

When verification of a card is needed we would need the following:

  1. Both the front and back of the card are required
  2. Make sure that we can see all 4 corners of the card in the photos
  3. If you are sending this to us through our email or live chat ensure that you cover your 3-digit CVV code and the middle number of the card so that we can only see the first 6 and last 4 digits, like this: 1234 12XX XXXX 1234

    Note: When uploading photos to Mitek (directly to your account), the system will automatically cover sensitive details, so there is no need to do this beforehand, as the system would reject it.

No longer have your card?

Alternatively, we can accept a bank statement which shows any of the deposits made to us through the card, the deposit will show as a transaction to the respective casino, although note that the transaction/s will most likely show a day or two late on your statement. 

On the statement, we would require that your name, banking details (account number/IBAN), and the transaction + transaction date shows on the statement.
