Trustly

In the case that we require verification for Trustly, a bank statement for the account used is requested.

We would require a coloured photo of your bank statement that meets the following criteria:

1. The statement should be from the last 3 months / 90 days(unless requested otherwise).
2. Make sure all four corners of the document are visible.
3. You can hide personal info like your account balance and transactions, but make sure your name, and bank details such as IBAN/account number are showing.
4. Digital documents are accepted as well, such as a screenshot or PDF file (unless requested otherwise).
