When we need to verify your Euteller account, we'll ask for a bank statement that shows any of the deposits made to us via Euteller. On your statement, you'll see either 'L&L Europe LTD' or the name of the specific casino. This helps us match up your deposits with your casino account.
We'll need a coloured photo of your bank statement that meets these criteria:
- The statement must show your full name, bank details, such as account number/IBAN, and the requested deposit/s made to us
- Make sure all four corners of the document are visible in the photo.
- You can hide any unnecessary information such as your account balance, or any transactions that haven't been requested
Digital documents are also accepted, such as a screenshot or PDF file (unless requested otherwise).
