How do I upload my documents to my account?

When documents are requested this will be done manually (via email), or we'll send out a verification request on your account and you'll receive an email to advise you of this.

 

  1. Visit the Website or App: Log into your account on the website or mobile app. (If you are using a website we recommend Google Chrome)
  2. Find the Verification Section: On a PC/Laptop, click on your account balance,  'My Account' and then 'Verification'.


    For Mobile Devices: The steps differ from a PC/Laptop, click on the person icon (found at the bottom of your screen), and then click on 'Verification'.

     

  3. Upload Your Documents: Use the provided interface to upload your documents. You can upload them directly from your device or take photos using your device's camera. 
    (Keep in mind that scanned IDs cannot be accepted)

     

  4. Wait for Confirmation: After submitting, you'll get a message confirming the successful upload.
     
  5. Completion Time: Allow 24-48 hours for the documents to be manually reviewed.
     
  6. Follow-up: If any further documents are needed keep an eye out on your email, we'll reach out to you there.
