When documents are requested, this will be done manually, and you will receive an email to let you know.

If any documents have been requested, you can send these in a reply to the email that you received. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer support team via live chat and provide them through the chat.


I've sent all of the documents, what's next?
 

Once all of the requested documents have been received, you'll be advised via email or through your chat that they have been passed over to our verification team.

Typically, verification takes between 24- 48 hours to be reviewed; however, depending on the workload, it can be done sooner.

Once the documents have been reviewed, you will receive an email to let you know if the account has been verified or if any further documents are required.
