When we need to verify your Apple Pay account, we'll ask for a bank statement that shows any of the deposits made to us via Apple Pay. On your statement, you'll see either 'L&L Europe LTD' or the name of the specific casino. This helps us match up your deposits with your casino account.
We'll need a coloured photo of your bank statement that meets these criteria:
- The statement must show your full name, bank details, such as account number/IBAN, and the requested deposit/s made to us
- Make sure all four corners of the document are visible in the photo.
- You can hide any unnecessary information such as your account balance, or any transactions that haven't been requested
- Digital documents are also accepted, such as a screenshot or PDF file (unless requested otherwise).
Note: Apple Pay does not issue bank statements. Since Apple Pay is linked to your bank account, a bank statement from your own provider would need to be provided.
The requested deposits are still showing as pending, what can I do?
In the case that we're requesting to see transactions made to us which are still showing as pending, there are a couple of workarounds.
Depending on your bank you may be able to generate, or request a Transaction statement from your bank, this is similar to a regular bank statement, however, it will show any pending deposits.
If you aren't able to get a transaction statement, if you can get a screenshot from your banking app, that shows your account number, and the requested transaction/s, with the transaction date, we can accept that screenshot alongside a bank statement that's dated within the last 3 months for the same account.
Refer to the below as an example screenshot of what would be required:
