I'm on a time-out, why do I receive promotional material?

When taking a time-out you will be excluded from receiving promotional emails/SMSes until it has ended, however, in rare cases you will receive you may receive this slightly differs.

Why is this? Our promotions are set up a day in advance, let's take All British Casino, for example, our promotions on All British are pushed every Tuesday, so our team sets up the promotion/s on Monday, due to this. If you have your marketing emails/SMSes enabled and you set a timeout on the day before (in this example, Monday), you will receive the promotional email/SMS for the following day's promotion, however no further emails or SMSes will be sent to you until your time-out ends.
