For proof of address, we can accept the following documents – A utility bill (including gas, electric, water, internet, etc). Telephone Landline. Credit card statement, Bank statement, Legal letter (including Council Tax, HM Revenue, Benefits letter, Debt Collections Agency), Hospital appointment letter, TV Licence, Company default letter eg: chasing of monthly insurance payment, or a Payslip.
Note that we do not accept mobile phone bills as Proof of Address.
KYC requirement:
- We can receive a folded paper as long as the head of the paper is visible.
- The proof of address needs to be issued in the last 3 months / 90 days.
- All relevant information must show such as full name, full address, date, etc.
