For an ID card, we can accept a Passport, Driver's License, UK PASS/Citizen Card, a National ID card, or a Residence Permit.
When this is requested we would require a photo of the front and back of the card, making sure they meet the following requirements:
- All 4 corners of the photos are visible
- All information on the card has to be clear and readable
- The document must be valid, showing your personal details and the expiry date of the document
- The document provided must be a photo, scanned documents can't be accepted
Note: If you have an expired ID, this cannot be accepted on its own, however, if you also provide a photo of your Birth Certificate, and a photo of you holding the Birth Certificate, we will be able to accept the expired ID.
