As a general rule, when Know Your Customer (KYC) documents are required, an ID and proof of address will always be requested.
The verification request will differ from person to person depending on the situation.
- When you have used a third-party payment method, we would need to verify all payment methods used on the account, and the third party, through a photo of their ID and proof of address.
- If the payment method used for your withdrawal is different to the deposit method, then we may request verification of the payment methods.
- In the case that you've changed your name, we would require a proof of name change, such as a Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll, etc...
