If an event is postponed or abandoned, your bet will typically be voided, meaning it is cancelled, and your stake will be returned to your account.
However, in some cases, the voiding process might take a little longer. This delay is due to the Sportsbook provider having to wait for official confirmation regarding the status of the event before voiding the bet. This process can take up to 48 hours.
However, note that in certain scenarios a bet may be settled as a win or loss, this is primarily dependent on how far along the game is, and what the current score is, for example, if a game is very close to ending and the score is 3:0, then the sportsbook provider may settle the bet in favour of the winning team, rather than settling it as a loss.
