In the case that we need to verify the Jeton account used to deposit, we would need a screenshot from the account.
Note that this may be taken via mobile phone or via PC/Laptop. When using a mobile phone, we recommend switching your browser to 'Desktop Mode' to ensure all necessary details are included. 
 

Requirements:
1. Your name, telephone number, address and e-mail must be visible in one screenshot.
2. A screen recording can be accepted, as long as the above details are shown in one video.
3. The date/time and full URL of the website must show.
4. We can also accept a Jeton Statement, showing all details.
