In the case that we need to verify the Skrill account used to deposit, we would require a screenshot from your Skrill account.

You can take the screenshot on your mobile or PC/Laptop. If using a mobile, switch to 'Desktop Mode' for better details.

Screenshot Requirements:

  1. Personal Information: Your name, address, email, and phone number must be visible.
  2. Website URL and Date/Time: Make sure the full website URL and the time & date in the bottom right corner are visible.
  3. Recent Screenshot: The screenshot should not be older than 3 months.

Note: Skrill Statements that are dated within the last 3 months can also be accepted, if you're unsure about how to download one, click here
