Our goal is to settle all markets promptly, typically within an hour of the event's conclusion.
If your bet remains unsettled for an extended period after the event's outcome is known, please contact Customer Service. To expedite the process, please provide the Bet ID, which can be found in the ‘My Bets’ section on the top left-hand side of the website. This will enable us to promptly address any issues with our sportsbook provider.
For events that have been abandoned or cancelled, the sportsbook provider must await official information about the game. Therefore, the event may remain open until such information is received.
