Withdrawing money is just as simple as depositing it, when requesting a withdrawal, take note of the following:
- Make sure your balance is over £10. If it's less just reach out to our Customer Support team.
- Click on the 'Withdrawal' button.
- You'll see a list of payment methods, like the one below.
- Enter the same banking details you used for your last deposit. Double-check everything to make sure it's right.
- Please be aware that if you've used a Visa/Master card that's linked to a bank under the Natwset group (such as Natwest or RBS) to deposit, to save time we recommend requesting your withdrawal via Trustly as payments to such cards may fail.
Important Note: Once you request a withdrawal, it's not possible for it to be cancelled, you may only request one withdrawal at a time. If you have further funds in your account that you intend to withdraw, we would suggest taking use of our Timeout tool in order to prevent the funds from being played away, this can be found under the Limits page.
