How can I change the email address connected to my account?

Once you have registered an account with us you won't be able to change your email address. However, do keep in mind that if you have started using a new email address please notify us so that we can note this down on your account for communication purposes.

If you have just created your account and haven't deposited or made any transactions yet we may be able to assist you with getting an account that's under your correct email, however, please contact our Customer Support for this.
