PayPal Screenshot or PayPal statement
Note that this may be taken via mobile phone or via PC/Laptop. When using a mobile phone, we recommend using a browser rather than using PayPal's app, and switching your browser to 'Desktop Mode' to ensure all necessary details are included.
Requirements:
1. Your name, telephone number, address and e-mail must be visible in one screenshot.
2. A screen recording can be accepted, as long as the above details are shown in one video.
3. PDF PayPal statements are also accepted (granted that the document is dated within the last 3 months/90 days), showing all the necessary details.

To view and download a statement on the web, follow the steps below:
- Go to Activity.
- Click the Download icon
. (found at the top right of the page)
- Click See more reports.
- Follow the prompts to create or generate your report.
- When the report is ready, click Download.

PayPal for Business
If your PayPal account has been set up as a business account, the above steps for a screenshot won't work; in this case, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to the edit page for your profile or click here to open the page.
- Take a screenshot that shows your name, address, telephone number and email address. Make sure that we can also see the URL of the page and date/time.
